Cornflakes are a cereal snack that has become very popular over the last century. They’re obtained from corn kernels and are considered an industrial cereal product, which is mainly consumed as breakfast.

Cornflakes belong to the category of “cereals for direct consumption”. The production of this food starts from boiling corn kernels, from which flakes are made, which are then dried and baked.

Over time, various types of cornflakes appeared – with cocoa, chocolate, honey, fruits, syrups, etc.
